• every session will include movement, meditation, and reflection
• each week is themed - 1) pause 2) gratitude 3) ground 4) purpose
• each week you will receive practical exercises to complete to integrate peace into your life
• all sessions are recorded and shared with lifetime access! (watch these sessions again and again any time you need to connect with your peace)
